This is a pretty little jug. The potter may be Andrew
Stevenson. This pitcher is marked with a blue printed
mark, with a crown over and oval that contains the words
"semi china". There is ware to the rim.

“Tonquin” underneath. Also contains the initials R & D, which Godden
attributes to either Richard Dudson of Hanley (1838 – 1844) or Richard
